I love this map, you can use it offline and sometimes I even use it online! Its as useful as Google Map Thanks a lot !
Excellent app to walk in the streets, but its complicate to pin an address that is not in the database... It works perfectly offline!
Very good App. Really helpfull. Good offline map navigation with the gps and a good POI data base.
the map works even without Internet so Im not using roaming charges while it tells me exactly where I am. ************************************************** the new update corrects all the problems I never knew it had. various lists of bookmarks now make all your locations easy to sort through; so that even if you have hundreds of locations youre trying to keep track of you can find any of them in a minute. also, while I dont see myself using it, the new social media aspect of this app lets you let your friends know all the places you like to go (hopefully a future update will allow you to block selected locations from appearing to friends)
I love this offline app that allows you to pick spots you want to go to, drop pins on them on a very useful map, calculate distance between places, and create notes. Some sights (Reichstag for instance) even have detailed background info you can read offline. Listings vary though; some have just urls, some list hours and addresses. Also, if the place youre looking for isnt already in this system, I couldnt see how to drop a pin on it. We used the map all the time though - the GPS on it was excellent, and having different coloured pins available was great.

Some bad moments

Too small!!!! Not all areas included!! Make it bigger, actual berlin map and get 4-5 stars
It was a bit disappointing. Te map was good but the guide didnt often work. I was looking forward to just being able to use the iPad more or less by itself, but there was no subway map, and the guide didnt often work. When I had wifi, google maps was much more helpful.
I had hoped for more. Would be good if you could enter an address and see it on the map. Also since subways and trains are so plentiful - a map and the ability to enter an address and get the shortest train routes to there would be really good. Teh descriptions are from wikipedia - not really focused on tourism per se. I would pay $5 for something that had more complete feature set. This was mildly helpful.
Without a map of the u-bahn, s-bahn etc lines (compare with London2Go, which has a Tube Map as well as the city map) this app is basically pointless. Total waste of $2.
The information in the free version is almost nonexistent. There were only two food related stories and one other one. The offline map could have been fine, but once I looked at on of the aforementioned info stories I couldnt get back to the map.
